Job Duties: 

•    Sourcing Candidates: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
•    Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions
•    Managing the Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
•    Candidate Experience: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback to enhance their experience

Job Requirements:
  • Must have EPC recruiting experience. 
•    Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
•    Education: A degree in Human Resources,
Business A
dministration, or a related field is preferred.
•    Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is beneficial.
