Equipment Package Lead – Thermal Oxidizer & Scrubber

Join a cutting-edge biopharmaceutical project with AstraZeneca’s ADC manufacturing facility in Singapore.
We’re looking for an experienced Equipment Package Lead to take full technical ownership of critical equipment packages—from design and procurement through to installation, commissioning, and qualification. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-containment systems.
What you’ll do

Own delivery of key equipment packages (thermal oxidizers, scrubbers, solvent systems)

Lead vendor selection, technical evaluation, and procurement activities

Drive design, fabrication, FAT, installation, and CQV execution

Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards

Collaborate with engineering, procurement, CQV, and operations teams
What you bring
-
Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Process or similar)
-
5+ years in pharma manufacturing projects with equipment ownership
-
Experience across design, FAT, installation & commissioning in GMP environments
-
Strong knowledge of process equipment (oxidizers, scrubbers, solvent systems)
-
Proven vendor management and technical problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work across global teams and travel to vendor sites
Nice to have: PMP, API/CQV experience, ATEX/process safety knowledge, high-containment facility exposure
