Key Account Manager / Leasing Manager

TRS Staffing Solutions is working with a leading group in KSA for their mall management business and are looking for Key Account Managers / Leasing Managers to join their team.

Key essentials for the role are below:

• 7 years of experience in retail leasing in KSA
• solid track record and experience in tenant/customer relationship management
• significant exposure to KSA and GCC retail market
• track record in handling at least 5 clients at the same time.
• Large and diverse network of key clients ( especially within KSA )
• Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Excellent conflict resolution / management skills
• Command of English and Arabic Language, both written and verbal
• Affinity towards retail market trends
