Job Offer: Lead Electrical Engineer

Location: Nysa, Poland

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the electrical engineering scope of industrial projects from concept through to commissioning.
• Coordinating design activities and ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards.
• Supervising and mentoring junior electrical engineers and designers.
• Reviewing and approving technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international electrical codes and safety standards.
• Supporting procurement processes by preparing technical specifications and evaluating supplier offers.
• Participating in site inspections and resolving technical issues during construction and commissioning phases.

Expectations:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering roles, preferably in industrial or EPC/EPCM projects.
• Higher technical education in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, power distribution, and automation.
• Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., IEC, EN, NFPA).
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience in construction and commissioning phases is highly desirable.
