Job Offer: Lead Electrical Engineer
Location: Nysa, Poland
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the electrical engineering scope of industrial projects from concept through to commissioning.
- Coordinating design activities and ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards.
- Supervising and mentoring junior electrical engineers and designers.
- Reviewing and approving technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensuring compliance with local and international electrical codes and safety standards.
- Supporting procurement processes by preparing technical specifications and evaluating supplier offers.
- Participating in site inspections and resolving technical issues during construction and commissioning phases.
Expectations:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering roles, preferably in industrial or EPC/EPCM projects.
- Higher technical education in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, power distribution, and automation.
- Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., IEC, EN, NFPA).
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Experience in construction and commissioning phases is highly desirable.
