We are currently seeking a high caliber Landscape Architect (PLA or RLA) for a long-term basis within our client’s team of experienced professionals. Based in central Orange County, CA.
Our client develops timeless, environmentally sensitive and cost-effective designs making us one of the most respected and sought-after Architectural firms today.
Job Requirements
• Develop landscape design concepts and detailed plans using Revit software.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand project goals and requirements.
• Conduct site analysis and assessment to inform design decisions.
• Prepare construction documents and specifications for landscape projects.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental considerations.
• Participate in project presentations and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Valid Landscape Architect licensure (PLA or RLA preferred).
• Proficiency in Revit and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
• Strong understanding of landscape design principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
