This is a 12 hour, day shift position.
What you’ll do…
-
Supervise and lead by example to uphold safety and GMP standards

Oversee preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance of production equipment
-
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operations and reduce costs
-
Analyze KPIs and work orders to prioritize repairs and improvements
-
Coordinate with teams to build proactive maintenance schedules and maintain compliance
What you’ll need...
-
Two (2) years supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Three (3) years of experience in maintenance and reliability
-
Previous plant production software experience
-
Experienced in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings

Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes and procedures
