Who we are?
TRS Staffing Solutions is a part of Fluor Group, and we are responsible for Project Sourcing of all Fluor projects. In Belgium the focus lies on LTSAs (Long Term Service Agreements) and EPCM projects in the Oil, Gas, Energy, Food, and Pharma sectors. Who are we looking for?
- An experienced Mechanical Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in Oil, Gas, Power, Chemicals, Nuclear or similar Industries.
- Bachelor/Master in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of English and Dutch is mandatory.
- In possession of EU work permit / EU nationality.
- Knowledge of material handling and rotating and/or static equipment.
- Experience in creation of data sheets, writing specifications, vendor reviews, etc.
- Key person during execution of the project (engineering & construction phase)
- Give advice on technical domains to internal and external parties.
- Maintain focus on pre-decided standards and project demands.
- Signalize, analyze and find solutions for complex problems to avoid and prevent all possible defects to the technical installations.
- Coordinate activities within the project between all the parties to ensure the quality and meet the deadlines.
- Setting up equipment requirements
- Preparation works for datasheets
- Perform calculations and elaborate work descriptions
- Interpret drawings, reports and data of existing equipment
- Long-term cooperation with engineering experts.

- Full-time contract of at least 40 hours per week on a freelance basis or as an employee
