Job Title: Plant Engineering Manager
Location: Greer, SC
Status of Hire: full-time, direct hire, salaried exempt

Reports to: Plant Director
Direct Reports: 3-5 local, technical engineers
Salary Range: $140-155k depending on experience
Objective: Lead, coordinate and manage the Engineering functions in support of the Plant Operations.

Responsibilities:
•Ensure compliance with Corporate SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) objectives and requirements
•Manage group of Production/Industrial Engineers to refine work flow and efficiency
•Facilitate the plant capital and cost reduction programs
•Lead and direct process and product improvement programs
•Manage plant-based project teams to ensure efficient new product development
•Lead and direct process and product improvement programs
•Other activities as directed by Plant Director

Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering
•5-10 years of engineering and/or production experience in a tier I, automotive, TS/IATF regulated manufacturing environment
•Management, leadership, problem solving, analytical, project management skills
•Technical background in leading and managing injection molding, paint, and/or assembly manufacturing operations

**Must be authorized to work in the US regardless of visa transfer or sponsorship.
**Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
