Plumbing Design Specialist
Location: Greenville, South Carolina
Type: Contract

Resposibile for preparing 3D Plumbing layouts and/or schematics for conceptual and detailed designs of advanced complexity. Conducting reviews of model using 3D review platform and create 3D models of advanced complexity

Accredited two (2) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twenty (20) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twenty-two (22) years if non-degreed.
Working knowledge of International Plumbing Code with the ability to work independently, or with little supervision, to produce code compliant plumbing designs.
*Must be proficient with Revit*

Due to Client requirements, all candidate MUST be a US Citizen and does NOT hold dual Citizenship.

You must have 3D modeling experience using Intergraph Smart 3D (S3D) software. Practical Plumbing field experience and Autodesk Revit MEP or Plant 3D design experience.
