TRS Staffing Solutions is looking for a PMC Project Director to work on an international project on a remote location. This job is explicitly only open for candidates that have the relevant work experience and that have worked on similar roles with renowned European PMC / EPC contractors before. The PMC Project Director is responsible for developing professional and mutually supportive relationship with clients and to manage the entire PMC activities within the project. For this, he/she monitors policies and record keeping practices to ensure that the project is operated in conformance with contractual requirements. He/she is the leader of the project team, which may include suppliers and subcontractors, to achieve performance and profitability parameters.

Tasks/Activities/Responsibilities:
Sales process:
• Implementation of BV Business model and strategies.
• Preparation of pre-qualification dossier/questionnaire;
• Offer / Tender: Tender Analysis / Contract Review (contractual, legal and technical aspects);
• Preparation of a Technical Offer (method of statement, contract organisation structure, deliverables), preparation of a Commercial Offer (price structure, cost / time / resources / profit estimation, price conditions / technical and contractual qualifications, etc.);
• Offer follow up and negotiation;
• When dealing on a large project, elaborates the detail technical part of the proposal in co-ordination with the contract manager and with the assistance of local and corporate resources.
Contract Execution:
• Manage the entire project team by active participation in daily business related HR/Admin activities, coordination with project contracts and finance departments, monitoring HSE activities, etc.
• Initiate, edit, and issuance of all contractual letters within the project execution.
• Manage and interact with the sub-contractors, initiate and issue the contractual letters
• Preparation of the Contract Quality Plan; financial forecast;
• Preparation the Contract Execution Plan and co-ordination procedures;
• Setting up of contract organisation chart and key personnel;
• Preparation and issuance of project Weekly/Monthly reports.
• Review of project non-Conformances issued and provision of technical inputs to control the same.
• Active project interface management with various departments/organizations.
• Managing and Controlling of the entire Contract; Managing daily project issues and its coordination.
• Coordinate and lead the project team in every aspect during entire project execution period.
• Ensure adherence of project activities to company HSE policy & requirements. Responsible for complying with the requirements of the HSE management system.
• Responsible for demonstrating appropriate participation and involvement for the development of policy, objectives, hazard identifications, risk analysis, determination of operational controls, any changes that effect HSE system and involvement for incidents investigation where required.
• Expediting of contract tasks including mobilisation of personnel and sub-contracting;
• Communication with the Client and other parties;
• Issuance of formal letters to client, sub contractor, vendor, etc. as required.
• Directs and controls the work at site by contractors working directly for BV;
• Follow up / monitoring of project schedule and cost; quality assurance.
Project Close Out:
• Preparation and issuance of Project Final report / lesson learned, etc.
• Communications with client for obtaining project closure report.
• Responsible for Contract Financial Statement.
• Responsible for project final reconciliation and close out works.

Candidate Profile – Mandatory Requirement
Education
• Higher Technical Education (University Degree in Engineering) in the field of activity or equivalent.
Qualification/Certification:
• PMI Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP)
Mandatory Experience:
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the discipline concerned and minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management to be validated by BU Manager and appropriate BL.
• Work experience (at least 1 project) in a similar position from Customer side or PMC consultant in EPCC projects in an oil and gas industry (GPP, GCC, refinery, LNG, GTL, full scale field development, international pipeline systems or other project of similar scope and complexity)

• Organizes people and plans/manages multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
• Acts in a manner of integrity that demonstrates support for the company values and the employees, while maintaining constant focus on meeting Client requirements and expectations.
• Advanced knowledge of project management processes. Expert knowledge of Quality Assurance, Quality Control and its implementation.
• Competency in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Proven communications and interpersonal skills
• English: Advanced communication skills in reading writing, and speaking is mandatory
• Russian: An intermediate skill level in using Russian language is preferable
