FPSO | Equatorial Guinea

We are seeking an experienced Production Superintendent to join an offshore FPSO operation in Equatorial Guinea on a rotational basis.

This is a leadership role responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of production, process and utility systems, while driving operational excellence, compliance and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise offshore production operations onboard the FPSO.

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, Permit to Work (PTW) systems and risk management processes.

• Manage and develop production teams, promoting a strong safety culture and operational discipline.

• Oversee production efficiency, uptime and process optimization initiatives.

• Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to ensure safe and effective execution of work scopes.

• Support emergency response activities and incident investigations as required.

Requirements

• Extensive offshore oil & gas experience with FPSO operations.

• Previous experience as a Production Superintendent or senior production leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems, utilities, DCS and ESD systems.

• Proven experience managing PTW, isolations, risk assessments and operational safety systems.

• Demonstrated leadership, team management and mentoring skills.

• Fluent English communication skills.
