- Manage daily shift manufacturing assignments and post shift assignments visibly prior to shift start
- Provide employee coaching and development, assist in making employment decisions, and issue resolution
- Be visible on the production floor and assist the production floor as needed
- Accurately complete shift labor edits
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree (preferred)
- Five (5) years related supervisory experience in manufacturing setting
- Must have previous plastics extrusion experience and the full understanding of the extrusion process
- Strong background in machining, knowledge of extrusion equipment and troubleshooting
