As the successful Project Controls Manager, you will lead the programme controls function for a programme, monitoring for accuracy and consistency of plans, cost and performance reporting.

You will have knowledge and/or experience of the following:
Setting up the project controls capability for a major project or programme
Build and develop a project controls team
Delivering the project controls services - integrating cost, schedule, risk, change, estimating and reporting
Ensuring that the levels of control and the cost of the service are commensurate with the client risk and the value being delivered
Engaging with the client team, project managers and others to ensure that the benefits of the project control approach are being realized
Looking for opportunities to improve the value and quality being delivered from project controls and realising these opportunities

The ideal candidate will have:
Delivered project controls across a range of major rail projects
Experience in developing the suite of project controls processes and procedures
Proficient in planning and using tools such as P6.
