We at TRS Staffing Solutions are seeking candidates with background in Architecture and Civil Engineering for a Project Manager to work for our client a world-leading diversified architecture and engineering firm. This position is based in Toronto, Ontario.
Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop an extensive work plan for all engineering disciplines
• Manage and coach a team of architects and engineers in the quality assurance and quality control procedures
• Ensure a good understanding of the project scope and negotiate solutions
• Coordinate with contractor, sub-consultants to address and document issues with owner concerns
• Liaise with the client and ensure client relationships are maintained
Typical Minimum Qualifications - Related Education, Experience & Skills
• Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 10 years progressive experience preferably in the Design Build / P3 industry
• Experience in strategic development, business development, project management, and client management is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly identify and articulate issues.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and employees
• Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and resourcefulness
