JOB DESCRIPTION – QA/QC MANAGER > At least 10 years relevant experiance

 

JOB MISSION, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Job Mission Presiding and coordinating the quality assurance and quality control systems and activities for specific project or subsidiary
Job Responsibilities The QA/QC Manager is responsible for:
- proposing code of conducts, guidelines and procedures to manage the QA/QC office team and activities, to be approved by the HR, Organisation & QHSE Director;
• - pursuing the QA/QC’s target and monitoring the QA/QC activities, in accordance with the corporate policies and guidelines;
• - preparing and controlling the quality system management documentation prior to project commencement;
- verifying that the quality management system is fully implemented and maintained in an organized and efficient manner, supervising all the amendments and revisions;
- monitoring the quality related procedures and activities of project in all stages, ensuring the implementation of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control plan, recommending and implementing improvements when required;
- maintaining quality control standards to comply with contractual documents, providing an adequate control program and results/reports of inspections through the coordination of the QA/QC personnel on site;
- managing and overseeing project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications and QMS requirements;
- defining the critical production activities, in manner to be in compliance with the internal quality standards;
- managing the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation and operations activities;
- supporting the Procurement office to review and select suppliers and material orders to make sure the services and materials complies with project quality plan;
- proposing and performing the annual plan for the internal inspections and audits, to be approved by the QHSE/Area Manager;
- collecting and analysing the result of the analysis above the internal and external quality indicators, sharing the information with the QHSE/Area Manager;
- participating in project audits and performing the programmed audits to subcontractors and/or vendors as per the quality plan definition;
- presiding the quality management of documents;
- attending client quality management meetings;
- monitoring the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports;

Job Requirements - familiarity with the standards for Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001);
- familiarity with material certification standards;
- familiarity with the processes implemented by the company and with the reference profiles for all company functions;
- excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
- ability to organise the activities in the framework of the process managed and in relation to the other corporate processes, identifying and removing the inefficiencies;
- technical school diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil or construction or environmental engineering/architecture;
training certificate above UNI EN ISO 9000 (auditor);
- relevant experience on similar roles;
- experience within multicultural and international environment working for General contractor companies in private and public civil engineering projects;
- good knowledge of MS Office Suite;
