Here is an exciting opportunity to take part in a historical project in Windsor, Ontario as a QC Inspector. The qualified individual will be working within a leading EPMC/construction firm alongside likeminded professional! In this very exciting role, the successful individual will be reporting to the Component Quality Manager, and perform tests and inspections while following Industry standards and specifications.
Job duties:
- Perform the Inspections and Tests in accordance with the approved ITPs and produce the pertaining quality records.
- Verify that test equipment is properly calibrated and maintained as required by the Construction Quality Management Plan.
- Review the test reports and other quality records generated
- Initiate/issuance of Internal Non-Compliance Report once a non-conformity situation has been detected.
- Carry out quality control activities identified in this CQMP and ITPs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in civil construction Quality Assurance and Quality Control inspection
- Has experience testing and related activities to units such as earthworks, concrete, formwork, rebar, Post tensioning, Electrical/instrumentation/HVAC, etc.
- P3 Experience on Infrastructure Projects
