Experience Required: 2–5 years (minimum 3 years in high-rise structure projects)
Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from architectural and structural drawings
- Prepare rate analysis for various civil work items
- Develop project cost estimates across different design stages
- Verify and process contractor bills
- Ensure contractor compliance with billing documentation and standards
- Prepare material reconciliation statements for key construction resources
- Compile monthly deviation reports comparing billed vs. budgeted amounts
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project
- Familiarity with IS codes for measurement and civil works
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings
- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Understanding of steel and cement consumption patterns
- Estimation of item quantities on SFT basis
- Awareness of market rates for civil work items
- Knowledge of emerging materials and market trends
