Our client, a leading EPCM with projects worldwide, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team in Windsor, ON. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with project support and administration; editing and issuing documents; as well as organizing and managing client meetings.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and issuing documents related to engineer specifications, technical decision memos, data sheets, etc. Along with this, they will be perform filing, data management, assisting with general expense duties and provide support to the whole project team.
- Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Office Administration, or another related discipline
- 2+ years of experience within a similar capacity
- Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
- Preference for previous construction site experience
