About the Role

As the central point of contact for resource coordination, you’ll manage the end-to-end resourcing process for the project. This includes liaising with host company leadership, HR, and project teams to ensure seamless recruitment, onboarding, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project job requisition templates
  • Coordinate shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain job vacancy tracking and onboarding sheets
  • Create role descriptions for key project positions
  • Provide standardised interview guides and maintain candidate pools
  • Facilitate regular resourcing meetings and status reporting
  • Liaise between project and host company on HR and recruitment matters
  • Support project induction and onboarding teams

About You

You’re a proactive and detail-oriented coordinator with:

  • Strong administrative experience
  • Advanced calendar and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism
  • A sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities
