Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our client in Aerospace component manufacturing. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers within an assigned region. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, following up on quotes, generating new opportunities, and ensuring professional communication. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the company’s products, processes, and customer base. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based out of Corona, CA. Monday – Friday. 7:00AM – 3:30PM.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ of previous customer service representative experience, preferably in Aerospace.
  • Basic computer literacy and ease with data processing systems
  • MS Office
  • ERP experience is an asset
  • Blueprint/Drawing interpretation is a plus
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Job Duties:
  • Receive and process quotes and Pos, respond to customer inquiries, quotes, and order status.
  • Provide customers with accurate and timely information regarding their quotes, orders, and jobs in progress. Escalate customer issues or concerns to leadership when appropriate.
  • Serve as the primary sales contact for an assigned region, focusing on current, former, and potential customers.
  • Make about 30 calls daily with customers and prospects, using company data, industry research, and CRM tools.
  • Research and identify new customers in the aerospace industry to expand customer base and dedicate a daily outbound customer call block
  • Use the CRM module to log all calls, document notable interactions, and maintain accurate current customer data. Ensure consistent follow-up by documenting daily activities, customer concerns, and updates.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone, email, and in writing and keep leadership informed of any customer feedback regarding quotes, pricing, or active jobs in the shop.
  • Continuously learn company products and processes to effectively support customers and generate accurate quotes.
