Senior Associate Quantity Surveryor

Undertaking process and reporting on a furnace related manufacturing project, heavy MEP or manufacturing experience ideal (chemical, oil and gas, pharma considered)

A leading construction consultancy are recruiting for a Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor to work on a Furnace related manufacturing project.

The company is a construction consultancy working across various sectors. They deliver Project Leadership, Cost Certainty, Construction Success and Specialist Consultancy working across all sectors of the built environment.

They are looking for a Senior Associate level Quantity Surveyor who is MRICS with experience in heavy MEP or manufacturing experience. Candidates from Oil&Gas, chemical or pharmaceuticals indistries are being considered.
This role would suit someone who is looking to develop within a consultancy and progress to Partner level. The company is looking for someone who can do business development and still be involved in delivering projects.

Skills and Experience Required
Experience working on Heavy MEP, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, pharmaceuticals projects preferred.
Degree qualified – preferably within a construction related discipline
MRICS qualified
Pre and Post contract experience with a background in Quantity Surveying
Experience on high value projects within a consultancy environment
Strategic thinking with broad problem solving skills
Experience working in a client focused environment with a personal commitment to delivery of excellent client service.
