Senior Construction Superintendent

Senior Commercial Construction Superintendent required! Our client is a well-known and reputable general contractor with offices in different Canadian locations. This is a full-time permanent position based in Calgary.

Key responsibilities

• Proven and solid experience in commercial, large residential and mixed-use project construction experience, preferably high-rise and condominiums will be huge asset.
• Experienced in handling different construction contracts such as design-build, construction & procurement, sum stipulation
• Required to have estimation, work force management, budget allocation, and tendering and QA/QC procedures
• Niche leadership skills to manage, mentor and train project crew as well as able to maintain excellent client and customer rapport.
• 13+ years of construction experience having carpentry journeyman ticket is huge plus
• At least 10 years’ experience on construction supervisory role is essential.
• Nice to know to use Pull planner and last planner, lean certification is plus
• Relevant education pertaining to construction and /or engineering is desirable
