We are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to lead contract management activities on a major nuclear project. The role involves managing large PC/PM contracts, ensuring compliance with public tendering regulations, and mitigating contractual risks. Experience in the nuclear sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full contract lifecycle: pre-award, post-award, and close-out.
• Develop contracting strategies and manage large PC/PM contracts.
• Ensure compliance with public procurement and tendering requirements.
• Negotiate and administer complex contracts, including claims and change management.
• Collaborate with project leadership to protect company interests and optimize performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 15+ years in contract management on large industrial projects.
• Proven experience with public tendering and major PC/PM contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and risk management.
• Experience in nuclear projects is a strong advantage.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
