TRS Staffing Solutions is working with a leading Construction Company in Saudi Arabia and is looking for a Senior Procurement Officer.
Key Essentials for the role are below:
Senior Procurement Officer Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare Procurement Procedures
- Review Cost Plan
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Prepare Tender Budgets
- Prepare Tender Documents
- Issue Tender Packages
- Analysis of Commercial Section of Tenders
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
- Prepare Material Purchase Orders
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Prepare, Monitor and Update the E2 Log(Procurement Log)
- Provide weekly procurement Updated reports/Logs
- Monitor Completion by Phases
- Follow up and Closing the Open /Closed PO’s report(Status)Project Sign-Off
- Final Account
- Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
Requirements and Qualifications - University degree or equivalent
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
- 8-12 years previous experience as procurement officer or related position
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Excellent Knowledge and experience for using Oracle system
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
