Job Title: Senior Project Manager (PMO Office)
Location: Augusta, GA 30906
Industry: greenfield operation, complex processes, industrial manufacturing
Status of Hire: full-time, direct hire
Schedule: hybrid – schedule TBD
Pay: $120-170k base plus up to 15% annual bonus (depending on experience)
Reports to: PMO Director
*FULL RELOCATION*

As a Senior PM, you will be responsible for supporting the PMO Director in driving the execution of the project, including supervising cost/schedule control, reporting on performance and progress metrics to drive decision-making, ensuring effective document controls and interface management, and implementing standardized processes and timelines. You will also support the PMO Director in managing the performance of an external PMO provider and ensuring alignment with internal standardized processes & performance metrics.

Support PMO Director In Managing PMO Team
Support PMO Director in supervising the development and maintenance of an integrated master schedule that includes linkages across schedules and milestones from multiple stakeholders; analyze schedule adherence across project participants and proactively identify risks to the critical path and provide mitigation scenarios.
Support supervision of cost controls for the project, including maintaining a current budget, forecast, and updated risk register and enforcing change order/claims processes.
Help ensure processes related to document management and RFIs, submittals, and other types of technical communications facilitate stakeholder cooperation and project needs.

Risk identification/mitigation: maintain the overall risk register and mitigation plan for the project.

Stakeholder management: support PMO Director in managing interfaces between project stakeholders, including internal teams and contracted entities, and communicate requirements to all parties
Help ensure effectiveness of structured follow-through and that meetings drive decision-making and progress and that open action items are resolved.
Address priority and ask probing questions to surface critical conversations with stakeholders and ensure those conversations lead action.

Project performance management and reporting: proactively leverage qualitative updates and program metrics to identify risks and opportunities which should be actioned, ensure maintenance of a KPI dashboard, & support PMO director in developing monthly reports for use in strategic decision-making.

Requirements
Bachelor's and/or Master's in related field
A project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (or equivalent) or significant PMO work experience (PRINCE2 experience preferred)
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably with experience managing projects of similar size and complexity in the U.S.
Hands-on project management approach that includes a proven track record of project/program execution
Analytics/Data Science experience preferred
Strong management skills
Proactive, structured, and action-oriented
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to details and technicalities
Excellent organizational and technical skills
Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

Preferred software: Microsoft; Oracle Primavera Enterprise Project Portfolio Management, ProCore, Oracle Aconex(or equivalent)
