The Talent Manager is responsible for recruitment, employee performance management, learning and development, Qatarisation programs, career development, personal development plans, and other programs and initiatives designed to ensure that employees are capable of delivering business and strategic goals. .

1. Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 6 years in Performance management, career management, and learning and development field.
3. Candidates with experience in Hospitality, Real Estate, Investment, or Asset Management will be preferred.
