Job Posting: Site Superintendent
Location: Edmonton, AB

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to manage the construction of multi-family housing and large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Efficiently allocate resources and manage inventory
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and safety standards
- Conduct quality control checks and coordinate inspections
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Resolve issues and provide solutions to maintain project continuity
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years
- Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Proficient in MS Office and construction/project management software
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
