Site Superintendent

We, at TRS Staffing, are seeking a Site Superintendent for our clients based in Vancouver, BC. The Site Superintendent, reporting to the President of Projects will be responsible for ensuring all persons on the site are performing duties in compliance with company policies and standards as well as managing administrative duties such as reviewing employee time sheets, etc.

Responsibilities:

As the Site Superintendent, the ideal candidate should be able to coach, communicate and manage conflicts. Project Management skills should include setting goals, objectives and work plans to complete tasks and projects as well as where work needs to be delegated.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a management role
• Must possess the ability to negotiate, resolute conflicts and manage people
• Strong knowledge of healthy and safety regulations
