TRS Staffing is seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent for an apartment and midrise building project in Vancouver for a reputed design-build General Contractor specializing in multi-residential, commercial, institutional and mixed use projects.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all site construction activities and manage on-site personnel
Collaborate with Project Managers, consultants, inspectors and provide on-site management to crews, equipment, material and sub-trades
Ensure that workmanship on sub-trades comply with quality standards
Maintain daily superintendent's log
Qualifications:
Must have Carpenters ticket or trade based certification
10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in the general construction industry (mostly multi-residential)
Degree or diploma in related field
