We are looking for a skilled Senior Golang Engineer to join a team building high performance internal developer tooling and infrastructure for top clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Golang libraries, CLI tools, and internal systems.
- Improve build systems, including dependency management, caching, compilation,and CI/CD workflows.
- Enhance tooling performance across large monorepo environments.
- Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and platform teams.
- Drive automation, root cause analysis, and long-term technical improvements.
- 5+ years of experience with Golang (tooling, infrastructure, or system-level development).
- Strong understanding of build systems, source control, and monorepos.
- Experience with concurrency, performance profiling, and debugging.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Linux, and scripting (Bash/Python).
- Experience with Bazel/Buck/Pants is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- 100% remote work from Poland
