Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with 7–8 years of industry experience who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of converting functional requirements into technical documentation, estimating project cost and timelines, identifying team and developer requirements, evaluating technology feasibility, and supporting code correction and technical guidance. This role requires strong architectural thinking, project planning capability, and hands-on technical understanding to ensure successful solution design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse functional requirements and convert them into clear and structured technical documentation.
 
  • project cost estimations based on scope, resources, and technology needs.
  • Define project timeline estimations and support planning for timely delivery.
  • Define roles and responsibilities for the team based on project scope and delivery needs.
  • Evaluate technology options, architecture feasibility, and implementation approach.
  • Review existing code, identify issues, and provide code correction / technical guidance where required.
  • Work closely with business, delivery, and development teams to ensure alignment between requirements and technical solutions.
  • Provide architecture-level recommendations for scalability, performance, maintainability, and project success.
  • Support solution design, technical decision-making, and risk identification during project execution.


Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong experience in technical architecture and solution design.
  • Ability to transform functional documentation into technical specifications.
  • Experience in project estimation including cost, timelines, and resource planning.
  • Good understanding of team structure, role definition, and developer allocation.
  • Strong knowledge of technology feasibility analysis and architecture planning.
  • Hands-on ability in code review, debugging, and correction.
