  • Coordinate subcontractors, access, and inspections to maintain workflow
  • Verify installation against drawings/specs; raise and close NCRs and punch items
  • Manage materials, equipment, and site logistics; minimize downtime
  • Track daily progress, update look-ahead plans, and escalate constraints
  • Interface with client reps, QA/QC, commissioning, and planners
