Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to develop design and 3D modeling work using Revit for the layout and development of architectural portions of projects.
- Develop, review, and interpret specifications, building design criteria, and code reports/analyses to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Conduct inter-disciplinary reviews and coordination to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs with other project components.
- Engage with clients and project management to understand project requirements, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for documentation and presentation purposes.
- Employ 3D modeling tools (Revit, SketchUp) and AutoCAD for design and drafting tasks.
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- Valid Architecture License.
- 8-15 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong understanding of building design criteria, specifications, and code compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and team collaboration.
- Experience in inter-disciplinary reviews and coordination.
