TRS Craft Services is currently seeking Clean Room Assembler for a trusted client in Glendora, CA ! ( $15 - $18) DOE


Primary Function:
Build product and process Batch Production Records per Quality System guidelines.

Responsibilities:
• Follow documented work instructions and product material specifications
• Review materials specifications and ensure product quality
• Verify packing and labeling information for accuracy: part number, lot number, and expiration date
• Review Batch Product Records for accuracy
• Perform routine product inspection and testing
• Perform appropriate line clearance
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives with team
• Set-up and operate machinery by following appropriate start-up and shutdown routines
• Conduct data entry and transaction processing
• Work with microscopes, forceps and other small tools and assembling small parts
• Package medical device products
• Process batches under ISO 13485/FDA regulations

Requirements:
• Mechanical aptitude and metrology experience
• Clean room experience required
• Five years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with FDA/ISO Regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
