The e-Builder System Administrator will be the primary contact for the department to maintain system level configuration and will be responsible for the support of both internal and external users. As the Enterprise wide Project Management System e-Builder (eB) affects all aspects of development projects, the eB Admin will be required to be highly responsive and able to prioritize end user needs in the best interest of the department. The e-Builder System Administrator will liaise with the Project Executives, and Project Managers, Cost Control team members, the Accounting Department and end users/key stakeholders to define and implement required account level modifications which could include modifications of data fields, reports, dashboards and templates. The e-Builder System Administrator is responsible for training and coaching staff members and external vendors/consultants.

• Leading document controls and engaging in constructive sessions with all levels of management
• Onboarding and training of new users
• User Technical Support
• Manage report and folder subscriptions
• Assist Cost Control and Accounting with maintaining Timberline / e-Builder interface.
• Review monthly and quarterly product release notes – educate user base regarding new functionality and product enhancements.
• Maintain active liaison with IT, Project Management, Cost Control, Accounting and Asset Management
• Implementation of eBuilder
• Design, create, modify management Reports
• Maintain data warehouse
• Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Experience with e-Builder or related tools implementation on projects
• Demonstrated advanced use of the e-Builder system or similar tool including system implementation on projects, Process workflow design and configuration, Report and Dashboard specification and configuration
• Excellent knowledge of construction industry including methodology, terminology, workflow/paper flow of design and construction activities as well as demonstrated knowledge of contract documents, specifications
Qualifications:
• Proficiency utilizing e-Builder as program management software. (The implementation and testing is complete)
• Manage current users and their access, technical support for the team in using e-Builder
• Update new patches
• If needed, modify existing forms and processes
• Train new and refresh existing users
• Run as-needed reports
• Support document control staff to manage documents flow thru e-Builder.
Employment Type: 9 month Contract to Hire
Location of Position: Torrance, CA
Location Type: 80-90% Remote (Occasional onsite visits to the Torrance, CA site)
