TRS Craft Services is currently seeking EDM Machine Operators (Skill Level 1) for a company in Lake Forest, CA !

Full Time Contract to Hire

Schedule
7:00 am - 3:30 pm (possibility of overtime)

Pay Rate
$15 - $17 ph

Responsibilities:

Operate Wire EDM Wire Machines

Follow Machine Procedures per company standards

Interpret blueprints.

Perform set-ups, power setting, and off-sets.

Use measuring tools (non digital) to ensure machined parts meet specifications

Use non digital micrometers, calipers, comparators, microscopes, gage blocks and dial indicators.

Perform First Article inspection and inspect parts on a regular basis.

Submit finished products to Quality Control for further inspection and shipping.

Perform regular maintenance on machines, as per machine manual.

Maintain a clean work area and perform other duties, as assigned.


Requirements:

1 year of Wire EDM Machine Operation experience

Shop Math knowledge required

Must have strong attention to detail

Must be able to read prints and understand dimensional tolerances.

Good verbal and written communication skills
