o Environmental planner or scientist that is a self-starter with duties that include technical analysis and documentation, environmental compliance, agency and public outreach, and client communication.
o Preparation of environmental documentation, specifically CEs, EAs, and EISs, for federal agencies to meet the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and other federal review requirements, including Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
o Applicant must have experience preparing an EIS; resume should include specific title of EIS, lead agency, and year Final EIS was published.
o Use of environmental planning theories and practices as well as compliance with NEPA and other environmental laws and regulations.
o Environmental documentation reviews, stakeholder engagement support, environmental permitting support, and remediation support.
o Records management support for NEPA documentation.
General Qualifications
a. Education: A bachelor?s degree from an accredited university in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Natural Resources, Engineering, or related field.
b. Each individual will have 7 or more years of related work experience.
c. Ability to work independently, with general direction and a minimum of supervision.
