Associates Degree in the Electrical or Mechanical Field Preferred! Or equivalent in experience.
Job Summary:
The Splicer Technician will test, diagnose and repair customer splicer equipment in a production
environment, provide technical support to internal and external customers, perform quality control
inspections of new equipment, and build customer relationships through prompt, courteous and
efficient service

• Document repair diagnosis, corrective actions, and spare parts used to service equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers, sales agents, and internal customers.
• Perform quality control checks on new equipment and document results.
• Build customer relationships through direct customer service and indirectly through fast dependable
repair service.
• Engage in the continuous process improvement efforts of the organization.
