Responsibilities:

• Test grid connections for state and national regulatory standards
• Relay discoveries, needs and results to upper management
• Design, power studies, and equipment specification selections
• Assist in developing processes, tools, and best practices while supporting projects pertaining to power systems and Grid testing
• SME for NERC Modules including NERC 25, 26, & 27
• Work alongside the commissioning team for power system and grid studies for utility scale PV projects

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years engineering experience in Power Systems and Grid testing 
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experienced in Power System Engineering and Power System Testing
• Knowledge of NERC 25, 26, & 27
• Strong knowledge of Grid Regulatory Compliance
• Solar PV, Wind or renewables experience is a preferred
