Join our dynamic team as a Construction HSE Specialist, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are not just met—but exceeded! What You’ll Do

As a Construction HSE Specialist, you will:

  • Lead Safety Initiatives: Implement and monitor HSE programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and promote proactive safety measures across all project phases.
  • Engage and Educate: Conduct training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety audits to empower teams with knowledge and confidence.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations.
  • Investigate and Innovate: Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in construction safety or HSE roles, preferably in large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of OSHA standards, environmental regulations, and risk management principles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Certifications: CSP, CHST, or equivalent preferred.
