Job Responsibilities:
• Practice good manufacturing practices and follow all other applicable regulations
• Follow documented work instructions and product material specifications
• Read and review batch production specification for each work order
• Inspect and process batches under ISO 13485/FDA regulations
• Package and label product per product specifications
• Fill out batch production record and maintain accurate count of material and labels while packaging
• Ensure that working area is clean and orderly according to GMP requirements
• Conduct accurate inventory counts
• Review Batch Product Records for accuracy
• Verify packing and labeling information for accuracy: part #, lot #, and expiration date
• Complete material reacquisition form for any supplies/materials that are needed
• Ensure appropriate line clearance is performed
• Conduct data entry and transaction processing
• Maintain and replenish required packing materials
• Investigate and respond to any inquiries as needed
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives with team
• Follow assigned duties on a daily and weekly basis
• Adhere to general safety rules, manufacturing procedures, and quality procedures
• Exhibit professional behavior at all times and ensure all company policies are followed
• May occasionally work in shipping department;
• Identify change and improvement in work processes to promote efficiency
• Adhere to general safety rules, manufacturing procedures, and quality procedures as applicable
• Exhibit professional behavior and demeanor at all times; proactively resolve issues using Best Practices
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or assigned
• Comply with all Company policies
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Education: High School graduate. College courses/Seminars/Training a plus
• 2 years’ experience in a shipping /receiving clerk or equivalent role
• Prior work in a medical device or technology company is helpful
• Possess good data entry and PC skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to problem solve and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress
• Valid CA Driver licensee and driving record that allows insurability
• Must be willing to undergo Background check and Drug test
