Position: Project Manager
Location: Augusta, GA
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Bonus


Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex, cross-functional projects supporting our organization’s research, development, and product implementation initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a commitment to operational excellence, and a passion for delivering results.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Supervision:

  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers and analysts to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Assign tasks based on team members’ strengths, experience, and availability; step in to support execution when needed.

Project Management:

  • Drive the successful execution of interdepartmental projects from initiation through completion.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure safety and operational excellence across both field and office environments.
  • Conduct cost analysis and manage project budgets, including preparation of pay applications.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies; escalate critical risks when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and project-specific requirements.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Project Management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or CAPM are highly preferred.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to navigate uneven terrain at construction sites.
  • Work environments include office settings, outdoor locations, and active construction sites.
