** This is a hybrid-remote position, currently 1 day-in office per week. Subject to change. **
This position builds and maintains the business relationship with TRS clients and coordinates staff efforts covering a small geographic area of clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for seamless delivery to client’s account, provide consistency of TRS service, and up-sell additional services to the client
• Drive TRS utilization upward for both contract and direct hires
• Manage, maintain, and improve the strategic relationship with key stakeholders
• Participate in recruitment meetings; ensure that the TRS branch is informed of new or existing client business needs within their areas of responsibility; coordinate with the dedicated off-site delivery team including account managers and recruiters
• Responsible for handling onsite tasks such as coordinating interviews, disciplinary actions, terminations, etc.
• May need to travel to attend to business related matters
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree and four years of related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eight years
• 3+ Years of Account Management experience, preferrably withing staffing/recruiting, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide audience at all levels of client leadership
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.
