Senior Land Technician

Our partner, a renewable energy developer, is seeking a Senior Land Technician / Administrator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity with an entrepreneurial minded team and culture, with tons of growth potential!

SUMMARY:
Intermediate to senior level position that will be critical to supporting the development team. The Land Tech will be responsible for early stage development activities and all day-to-day duties required to ensure all land and real estate contracts remain valid and in compliance. The ideal candidate should have a get it done mentality and the ability to work well with a small team in a start-up environment.

DUTIES:
Preparation of lease and/or option agreements
Coordinating and overseeing the payment schedule for new or existing leases and options
New entity formation
Real estate document recording
Agency submission and communication in relation to development projects
Review zoning codes and ordinances
General administrative duties
Required Skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Self starter, motivated team player
Strong communication skills
Real estate or energy experience preferred
Detail oriented
Notary public license preferred, not required

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
Two or more years experience in real estate, paralegal, solar or energy preferred
