Construction Manager / Superintendent – Power Plant Industry

Location: Martin Lake Facility, Texas
Type: Contract (Immediate Start)


About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Construction Managers and Field Superintendents with a strong electrical background to provide leadership and oversight for ongoing restoration work at a major power generation facility. This is a critical role requiring hands-on management of multiple contractors and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all site activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate construction activities across multiple contractors on-site
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Provide leadership and direction to field teams, resolving issues promptly
  • Monitor progress and report on project milestones to stakeholders
  • Enforce compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Support planning and execution of electrical work scopes, including troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and site management to maintain alignment on project goals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction management or field supervision within the power plant or heavy industrial sector
  • Strong electrical background; instrumentation experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and complex work scopes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project conditions

Assignment Details:

  • Duration: Immediate start through end of year 
  • Location: Martin Lake Facility, Texas
  • Schedule: Full-time, on-site
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate with per diem and travel allowance for qualified candidates
