Location: Conley, GA

Status of Hire: full-time, salaried
Pay: $100-125k depending on experience, plus bonuses based on sales goals
Travel Required: up to 50%

Summary of Primary Functions:
Establish, maintain, and grow customer accounts to generate business. Ensures customer requirements and business plan performance objectives are met from project inception through closeout of the project.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long term relationships with existing customers
Develop new customers and project opportunities within an assigned sales territory (Southeast)
Evaluate potential opportunities to ensure they parallel business plans and customer needs
Responsible for identifying greater market opportunities for new products and services based on customer needs and desires aligned with internal profitability potential
Responsible to achieve desired revenue offerings
Coordinate with the Sales Manager planned margin offerings
Ensure all proposals are accurate and represent the correct offering of score, terms, and pricing including associated terms
Monthly monitor and communicate market activities and trends including competitive activities
Responsible for monthly regional marketing activities such as lunch and learns, trade shows, and sales presentations
Monthly, responsible for design build development and negotiated projects with Owners, Architects, and/or General Contractors
Maintain and report project monthly activity by utilizing CRM system
Represent Company on bid day for hard bid Offerings (bi-monthly)
Ensure that all documentation is in place prior to transferring project management activities to the assigned PM
Maintain enough frequency of communication with and input from all relevant parties to ensure that the proposal offering is clearly understood
Has daily contact with fellow employees, management, customers, federal/state agencies, and vendors
Job Specifications/Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or similar field
5+ years of industry experience is required (manufacture of precast building materials, construction services, general contractor)
5+ years of experience managing a territory selling precast, cast concrete, pre-form, prestress, or pre-fab building materials and/or construction services
Ability to communicate effectively and with a keen sense of urgency to and with owners, architects, general contractors, and related construction and craft professionals
Ability to make independent decisions
Willingness to be in attendance on bid days for projects
Ability and willingness to spend time in outdoor manufacturing environment, as needed, which will expose employee to outside weather conditions
Ability to work through manufacturing operations and construction areas which will expose employee to moving mechanical parts and occasional wet and/or humid conditions
Ability to work in a noisy environment when needed
**Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer, regardless of authorization or visa transfer
**Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check to be eligible for hire
