Warehouse Operators/Loaders/Inspectors *2nd and 3rd shift*

TRS is currently hiring for one of the biggest manufacturers of innovative components and systems in aluminum die casting in Laurens, SC

The current openings that we have are:

2nd shift Forklift Operator w/stand up experience a must (3pm to 11pm)

2nd shift Inspector (3pm to 11pm)

2nd Shift Casting Operator (3pm to 11pm)

3rd Shift Casting Operator (11pm to 7am)

3rd Shift Loader (11pm to 7am)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Visual and dimensional inspection of product throughout production processes
• Verification of part quantities, Gauging of parts, verification of defect types.
• Document review verifying completeness of processes, ensuring all production activities are properly documented and that the correct quantities are entered.
• Isolates products that are out of specification. Properly identifies substandard product and places product into the Quality Hold area to ensure that the product is not further processed in the normal production line and shipped.
• Maintain inspection records, production and scrap records.
• Move material throughout the plant by utilizing the 5S color code system
• Part inspection and create processes that objectively view the quality of the product. The position requires a good understanding of procedures for identification and fulfillment of customer requirements
• Testing of products in especially designed and approved equipment as per instructions
• Other duties as assigned
