Stephanie joined TRS Staffing Solutions in Houston in November of 2023 as a key account manager. She started her recruiting career in staffing focused on contract and direct placements for Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Upstream, Downstream industries with a focus in Piping, Project Controls, Electrical and Control System Design Engineering, Civil and Structural and various administrative roles.

Stephanie has an excellent history working for companies in Houston and grew her contractor hiring with pride in communication, organization, relationships with hiring managers and creating a positive candidate experience.

As a key Account Manager, Stephanie builds strong relationships with client department managers, works with staffing coordinators for onboarding and first day meeting of new hires. She is focussed on creating value and expertise with the recruitment team and works closely with the Branch Manager and Regional Director.
