Shift(s): 2nd shift (2:30PM-10:30PM) plus overtime as needed
Reports to: Injection Supervisor

Objective:
As a Die Setter, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth production runs by preparing, installing, and removing molds/dies on injection molding machines.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, install, and remove molds/dies on injection molding machines
- Troubleshoot machines, robots, and material feed systems (experience with Engel, Krauss Maffei, Husky machines, Kuka robots, and Piovan systems is a plus)
- Monitor machine performance to prevent downtime and maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with Process Technicians, Maintenance, and Quality teams
- Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely to move molds and materials
- Maintain accurate records of setups and maintenance
Requirements:
- HS diploma or GED required, technical certifications preferred
- 2+ years as a Die Setter or similar role in an injection molding manufacturing environment
- Understanding of injection molding processes
- Ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts
- Basic computer skills and strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for entire shift, and work in varying temperatures
