• Working on Trucking ticket Invoices
• Invoice and reconciliation
• Cross training to learn additional AP duties to grow into additional roles
• Adjust invoices for any discrepancies
• Work withfinance team to make sure accounts payable processes are followed accurately
• Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word
• Maintenance of Accounts Payable Filing
• Microsoft Excel- Intermediate is needed
• SAP or QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Good Communication Skills
• Team Player
